Where creatives build the resilience, regulation and capacity to create, perform and thrive.
This work sits at the intersection of breath, body and nervous-system science.
Joely Franklin is a UK-based wellness professional. With a background in professional dance, personal training, yoga and performance, she supports creatives in developing greater resilience, longevity, regulation, self-awareness and embodied connection — both within their practice and beyond it.
Alongside her work with individuals, she works within the arts as a Wellbeing Practitioner, supporting the physical, emotional and nervous-system demands of creative practice and performance. She is also training as an Intimacy Coordinator, expanding her work into creating safer, more embodied and psychologically informed environments for performers and creative teams.
Breaking the stigma that you have to suffer in order to thrive as a creative. Bringing a much-needed exhale into the rooms that need it most.
Through breathwork, somatic wellbeing, movement and performance-based practices, Joely supports creatives to build the resilience, regulation and self-awareness needed to thrive without burning out.
“My work is about challenging the idea that exhaustion, anxiety, physical strain and emotional overwhelm are simply part of the job and giving creatives practical tools to feel better, work sustainably and stay connected to themselves while doing what they love”.
